Order Processing

SALTY MINDS ships worldwide with ELTA COURIER, for Europe orders we ship with SKYNET & DHL and for domestic orders we ship with THE COURIERS.

Delivery time starts one day after the order has been placed. All orders are  processed Monday through Friday. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time takes from 2-5 working days after processing.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been placed then you will receive an  email when the order has shipped, usually in about 24-48 hours containing also tracking information. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.

Each order is subject to product availability. Customer service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.

Custom And Import Taxes

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one’s local government. 

We are NOT responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments  as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Methods Of Payment

The various methods of payment available from SALTY MINDS SWIMWEAR for online purchases are the following:

  1. PayPal.
  2. Cash on delivery: Full payment is made upon receipt of the merchandise. Valid for Domestic orders.
  3. Bank Account Deposit.
  4. Accepted cards: Visa & MasterCard.


If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to

Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already been shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.


Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. Please do contact us if you wish to modify your order.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was successfully delivered but you have not received it, please contact the International Orders and THE COURIERS  for Domestic Orders, to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Tracking The Order

As soon as the order ships we will notify you and send you a confirmation email, containing a tracking number of your purchase. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the email was sent to you , therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment.
