- ORDER OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Making an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Law 2251/1994, as modified.
You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). - By cash on delivery (Domestic orders only) You will be asked to pay the courier directly in order to receive the products. In this case, there is an additional charge of 1€ (VAT 24% is included).
- Via Bank wire transfer
Before the completion of the order, our company informs consumers through our website about the identity and address of suppliers, substantial features of the product, price, quantity, transfer costs, payment method, delivery method, duration and price of the offer, if any, and the right of withdrawal.

- ORDER PROCESSING
SALTY MINDS ships worldwide with ELTA COURIER & DHL and for domestic orders we ship with COURIER CENTER.
Delivery time starts 1-2 days after the order has been placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time takes from 2-5 working days after processing.
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been placed then you will receive an email when the order has shipped, usually in about 24-48 hours containing also tracking information. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.
- CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one’s local government.

- MODIFICATIONS

- LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package was successfully delivered but you have not received it, please contact us info@saltymindss.com, to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment.
Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
- TRACKING THE ORDER
As soon as the order ships we will notify you and send you a confirmation email, containing a tracking number of your purchase. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the email was sent to you , therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment.

- RETURNS AND EXCHANCES
We are confident you’ll love your pieces and you will be delighted with your order.
If not, we gladly accept the product purchased from saltymindss.com for a full refund (original shipping costs are non refundable), as long as it is returned to us within 14 days from the day of the delivery confirmation date in it’s original condition & packaging, with all labels intact, if any label or packaging is missing returns are NOT accepted.
Products can be exchanged with a different size or an alternative style.

For returns and replacements please send us an email at info@saltymindss.com within 7 working days from receiving your order, including your name and order number. Once your return is authorized , you will receive a confirmation email of your return request and step-by-step instructions.
Refund will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Your refund will be applied to your original bank account . Please allow us 5-10 working days to process your refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
Items on SALE included items purchased with a discount coupon of 10% or more are ΝΟΤ eligible for a refund.
Items that are returned with signs of being worn, soiled/stained or delivered to our returns team outside of the stated 14 day policy window will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. In the event that you use postal service, we highly recommend to retain the receipt proof of postage with the tracking number as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility until the product returns reaches our warehouse.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible & within 7 days upon delivery at info@saltymindss.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
Our primary goal is the exceptional quality of our products. In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item we will gladly replace the item or give you a store credit for you within 7 days upon delivery.
TAXES/DUTIES
Please note: For destinations outside the EU any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
SALTY MINDS is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We higly recommend to contact your local customs bureau directly, before you procceed with the return.
For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if product’s package is intact so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.

Force majeure: If, due to force majeure (i.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we fail to deliver you the products within the set time-limit, we will contact you through e-mail in order for you to confirm whether you wish the completion of your order or not, under said circumstances. “SALTY MINDS” shall not be liable for any situation arising without its fault and shall do whatever is humanly possible for your best service.
